My version of Hugo Simberg’s “The Garden of Death.” It can be a touchy subject, but I personally love turning works from other artists into tattoos. If the artist is still living, it’s often done with their permission- though that wasn’t necessary in this case.

2 sessions, entirely freehand, and very creepy. Tough to photograph, so check out the video at the end. This was done quite some time ago in LA. Thank you @whosyour.daddylonglegs for trusting me to execute this wild idea that started as doodle in my sketchbook!

Each tattoo is unique, even if it’s flash! I did this sun two different ways- which one would you choose? The first one was done @havefunbeluckytattoo in Baltimore, MD and the second @yellowbirdtattoo in Richmond, VA.

Flash tattoos are repeatable by definition, meaning I may tattoo the same design many times. Some people love picking a design and knowing exactly what they’ll get, while others prefer a design that is uniquely theirs. Most of what I do is the latter- custom tattoos done only once. There’s no right or wrong, only preference. What’s yours?

I am open to all ideas, though space is limited, so I’m prioritizing full day sessions, half day sessions, and flash. You can do multiple pieces on the same day or work on one big one.
